Seems solid less than a month in. The least solid part is the arm wrests that don't seem to match the build feeling of the rest of the chair. But the cushioning and base feels good so far. This gets less a star also because I had a lot of struggle screwing in the backrest with the seat. I had to really align it with strength to be able to finally secure it together. A bit longer screws might have helped.

Great seat. Very high quality as soon as I opened the box. Shipped well, arrived perfect condition. My old chair definitely needed an upgrade. I'm not using the headrest or back support. Very happy with this chair, and you will too!

Second seat I have bought and just love them. They are built to last and very comfortable to sit in. This new one is for my partners gaming setup and I have my original one that still feels like new. The look is great and sleek but built so well.

Purchased the Dark Knight from Canadian retail partner, Staples, as they had it in-stock and a show room display for me to try first. They also price matched a lower price being offered from Best Buy. I originally wanted the Fnatic Edition but sadly, it was sold out (and discontinued). Have to say, I love this chair. No butt pain from sitting for 2+ hrs straight while streaming and then no lower back pain when getting up from long sitting sessions like I had with my last chair. Plus the next day, I also don't pay for sitting in the chair so long. Great quality all around in materials and workmanship plus very easy to put together yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very comfortable, easy assembly, but the seat bottom looks like an amateur assembled it, wrinkled out of the box, fabric lifting. The seat back is the look of perfection. i've only owned it two weeks and i'm 80 kilos.

Purchased this without a warranty, scratch&dent sale. Seat back does not sit straight. All things checked and triple checked over and over for days. Still crooked. Absolutley no help from the company. Only help if it's under warranty etc. All I asked them for was a little help as to why this is happening and maybe offer some ideas for me to look into. I'm very mechanically inclined so I know what I'm talking about. Buy beware - not worth the money and once the warranty is over you will get no help. Buy Canadian made!!!

A winning team, I have a Kaiser 2 for gaming and my employer just presented me with a Dark Wizard for the office. I love these chairs. I'm 6'1, 295lbs and these chairs are perfect. The Kaiser 2 is the right level of aggressive for gaming. It puts you in the seat and keeps you in a nice solid and supported position. The Dark Wizard is the perfect office / exec chair, it's wider seat with lower more open support for the thighs allows me to just "sit". I'm not constantly trying to find a comfortable position because it's just always comfortable. The cushions are great for providing that extra "sit straight" back position for working at a desk. And best of all no noise, no creaks or cracks that make me wonder if I've once again destroyed a piece of furniture.

An outstandingly comfortable chair. I didn't realize the poor sitting posture I had developed until I replaced my ratty office chair with my Dark Wizard. No aches or pains after a day of sitting! It's not just for gaming - it's for anyone who sits at a desk all day.

So nice, I bought it twice! I purchased my first Anda Seat gaming chair (Dark Knight) a couple of years ago and was very happy with the build quality and more importantly the comfort. I have a Herman Miller Embody chair at my office ($1500 CAD) and while it is a great chair and is very comfortable, I find my Dark Knight to be more comfortable now that I am working from home 100% of the time (due to COVID) for long hours in the same chair. My wife who is new to working from home was finding that her Costco office chair was causing back and wrist issues. She's not a gamer but I figured that she would benefit from a comfortable chair so I purchased her a Dark Wizard as it was more her size but identical in specs and features to my Dark Knight chair. She's been using the Dark Wizard for over a month and she is very happy with the chair. No more back pain or wrist discomfort since she can configure the chair the exactly the way she needs in order to be comfortable for 8+ hours a day, 5 days a week. Needless to say, we are very happy customers and highly recommend these chairs for anyone, gamers or non gamers.

Perfect for the Techno Wizard! Bought this chair for my significant other. Replacing a 10-yr old rickety office chair. It took less than half an hour (maybe 15 min) to put it together, with a little help from moi:) the chair is very sturdy; good quality construction. It’s only been over a month with daily use, so can’t really review on the durableness yet. However, it has great back support, super comfortable and has an impressively sleek look!

Best Chair Made I used to have a Ficmax gaming chair, thought it was a good but wasn't durable. Going from that chair to the Dark Wizard you can feel the difference. The packaging is so well done and materials used are so good. The assembly is so much easier as well and it just looks better. Trust me when I say, spending that extra 100 bucks on an Anda Seat is gonna be worth it.

Bought my 2nd one! Bought 2 chairs, one for my girlfriend, one for me. The first chair is amazing 10 on 10! Second one I bought is very different. 1) The height of my first chair is about 20 inchs and the second is 22 inches. This prevents me from touching the floor on the lowest setting with a flat foot. 2) The second chair is not flat, on the most flat settings its a very angled 3) From the stitching, the dept of the seats differ from 1 inch, the new one being longer. 4) The look is exactly the same, except for a new label (purple). Other one has a black label. I am emailing Anda so see if it's a defect or the new models of dark knight. Will have to shop for another chair if they changed the specs.

Recommended chair for tall people! I had all kind of chairs but this one is the best chair I had. I’m 6,4” so it’s not always easy to find comfortable chairs that fits my body. It is substantially built. I’m sure I’ll have it for the years to come. Easy assembly

Quality chair, but disappointed Was worried this chair wouldn't fit because of my curved back, small figure and my tendencies to prefer really soft cushions over firmer ones. I am 5 ft 3. Chair is advertised for 5.6 ft+. Contacing customer support was hard, I had to send 4-8 emails before getting replies. When they managed to answer back(2-3 weeks after first emails), they assured me I wouldn't have any problems even if I wanted to return. The package arrived damaged. The box seemed like it went through a bumpy road. When I opened it I noticed foam sticking out of the chair so I left everything in the box and contacted customer support. They replied swiftly and offered me a replacement through a complicated process. I would have to find time in my busy schedule to wait for someone to come and sign papers, pick it up, then wait another week+ for a replacement. I proceeded to fully check the rest of the chair. Besides a few nicks on the beautiful sturdy metal, it was only the underneath of the back seat that wasn't completely finished, where I could see the foam sticking out. I told customer support that, I was disappointed that the chair I received at this price tag wasn't up to par with the advertised level of finish and quality expected, and that I had decided it wasn't worth the complications of having to follow through with the annoying replacement procedure and decided to test the chair out. They did not answer my email. The chair and cushions aren't as soft as I thought it would be. Not as firm as other chairs however, so it is just alright. So far hours in I haven't felt any pain in my legs or butt, which is nice. But I don't think i'd be able to fall asleep in the chair. Because of my curved back and small height the lumbar pillow and neck pillows aren't adjusted perfectly for me and I find myself adjusting them myself back in place where I want them every time I move, which is annoying.
