My first gaming chair, even though I'm not a gamer lool I like it, it's comfortable but the armrests are not ideal for me. I feel like they should go higher by one level. I'm 5'9 and I feel like the cushion is not "long enough" for me to have 2-3 fingers free behind my knee. I was thinking about maybe get the 4d armrests...

Excellent chair, very comfortable, I purchased the black version at a store close from my house for 379,99 $, very worth the price I have to say :) the only thing "bad" is that the arm rest cannot go forward and backward which is kind of bad but stay comfortable and a very good chair. I recommend it 100%

Great Chair - Service not 5 star I purchased 2 AndaSeat Axe chairs and they are fantastic! Quality and comfort are excellent and for those I give 5 stars. The reason for dropping a star lies within the fulfilment of my order. It took over 30 days for my chairs to be shipped, which in these COVID times is not entirely unreasonable. What I DID find unreasonable was the fact that there was no portal for me to check the status of my order. I had to email support and when I did, my email went unanswered until I emailed a second time. The first reply told me the chair "should be shipped the following week". After waiting 11 days with no update, I emailed again and again received no reply! This was off-putting as I felt I'd spent a decent amount of money and my patronage should merit a prompt reply. I ended up taking to Facebook to express my concern at the lack of communication and received a nice reply as well as giant mouse pad for my troubles. That response took this process from being a 2.5 to a 4 so, nice recovery! My humble advice would be to adopt a self-serve portal where we customers can at least get a sense of the timeline. As it is, if you don't ask, you're completely in the dark. Most companies have this portal and for relatively high ticket items such as these, I think it'd be worth AndaSeat making the investment.

I wish I could give the full 5 stars. The wrong arms came with my chair. I sent in a request weeks ago but have not received any communication or the proper arms in return. Other than the lack of timely communication to provide customer service and the wrong arms I really like my chair.

Gaming Chair - Too Short in the Torso I am 6' 1" and debated whether to get the gaming chair for a 'tall' person. Since I am right at the maximum height I decided NOT to get the 'taller' version which was a mistake as I cannot use the neck support pillow at all - it sits too low.

Love it Very comfortable, relatively easy to put together, much easier to adjust (and comfier) than my office chair.

Great chair Chair is very sturdy, comfortable, and sleek. Can definitely tell the difference in quality between this chair and cheaper ($150) gaming chairs you usually find at stores likes Costco or Walmart.

Good seat with a few caveats Received the seat extremely quickly and in perfect condition. It was, however, missing one of the armrest bolts and so my left armrest is not fully secured. I emailed the company the day I received the chair and I have not heard back from them for a whole month except today to request a product review. The instruction manual says the armrests have a rotation function but mine do not. I also found the chair to be slightly smaller than I had anticipated but I am 6’3” and 250lbs so I’m not too worried about that. All things considered I am happy with the chair but those few things certainly made it feel a bit more budget than I was hoping.

A fantastic chair for the price I had been considering investing in a gaming chair for a while because I'm a professional animator and spend hours at my computer between work and video games in my free time. The Anda brand was recommended to me by 2 friends who have the Staples exclusive model in their home office, and they had nothing but praise for their chairs. I decided to bite the bullet and make an order when it became apparent I was going to be working from home for the foreseeable future, because the chair I had been using was giving me back pain from a combination of lack of support, and the design preventing me from being able to sit as close to my desk as needed. Overall, I am extremely glad I made the purchase, because my experience with the chair has been great. The build quality is fantastic, the materials feel well made and durable, and I definitely feel like the product received is worth its cost, even at full price (although I purchased it on sale). I've experienced almost no back pain since using it, so long as I'm sitting in it properly straight against the backrest. One thing to note that I don't consider a problem, but others may, is that the seat does retain a significant amount of heat. I have a low body temp (a 27°C/81°F pool requires I wear a shorty wetsuit), and on warm days I will have to change into shorts or my thighs and butt will get uncomfortably warm. I'd imagine that anyone who runs hot would have more trouble with this, so it should be considered. For reference: I am a 5'4", 130 lb woman. My desk is 29.5 in/75 cm tall and I keep the chair at its max height (22.5 in/57 cm) when working at my desk. At that height my feet cannot touch the floor, however I prefer to have my feet resting on a box under my desk and find it to be a non-issue. When not working I like to sit cross-legged or with my knees up against my chest, and the size of the chair's seat more than allows me to do so comfortably.

Ok chair, not the greatest 3 days in and my back hurts. I'm 5 Foot 8 and I feel that i'm too tall for this chair. The head cushion is nowhere near my head it's below my shoulders. Maybe I'm not used to this chair yet but so far I was more comfy in my 80$ chair from Costco.

Seat is firm but very comfortable. I share this chair with evening staff and we are able to adjust the chair height and back easily. No regrets!!
