The chair never got here. They send it via Purolator and require a signature. I'm like 85% of the population, i work during the day from Monday to friday so i cant be there to sign the document. Also, the box of the chair is too big for my car so i can't take it. I tried to call Purolator and asked them to drop it at my door the next day, i told them my situation they told me they cant do it because AndaSeat asked for a signature. Fine, I asked Purolator to send me the document via Email so i can sign it and they can drop it at my door the next day. Guess what? they don't want to. Ive reached to AndaSeat customer support and spoken with Stephanie. What said to me surprised me because it had to be the worst customer service ive ever had. She told me to figure it out with Purolator but she clearly don't have enough knowledge to know that only the entity paying the Purolator bill has power to ask them such thing. After an other email explaining that i don't really care who's fault it is inbetween AndaSeat and Purolator and explaining to her that she's the one that has to reach out to them this time to tell Purolator that i want it dropped at my door without any signature. Her next move was straight out of the ''i'm not being paid enough to care book'' : (YoU MiGHt cOnsIdER tRanSpoRtiNg tHe pARtS AnD fOLdInG the bOx so it cAn fiT in yOUr viEchUle.) What the hell? what if there is a missing parts? what if there is a broken piece? what if there is something wrong with the chair? You guys at AndaSeat would be the first to blame it on me. There is no way i drive 30min to get there, in my car my car, my gas to go over there, opening the box bringing it back at my house. that's a 1h drive just for that and i paid for the delivery, i want it to be delivered. this shouldn't be hard to understand right? Anyway, i wrote back to Stephanie explaining the situation and she impressed me even more... Guess what she did? She scheduled an other delivery the next week. Monday inbetween 8AM and 9PM. She doesnt listen to a single thing I said. she just do as she please. I would love if AndaSeat could write back to me but this time, somebody that is paid enough to care about customers and i would want this person to tell me if this is a normal thing for AndaSeat? I paid for this chair, i shouldnt have to fight an AndaSeat employee to get my chair. it should be mine end of story.

This chair beats all others!....I'm a big guy at 6'3" tall and 280lbs and built like a defensive linebacker. I tried the dark knight but it cut into my legs and was very uncomfortable, so, I returned it for this Kaiser 3 XL and I can sit in it for hours without cutting my leg circulation off and my feet going numb. It's built to house even bigger than me. I'm studying almost daily in it and don't play games but it holds up and is remarkably comfortable. You can adjust the lower lumbar support to any size required which really helps ergonomically and for comfort too. If your a big gamer or office person or studying in school or working on assignments and need a quality chair, then look no further. I tried so many seats looking for a chair built to hold up for bigger people and came across anda seats. Well they are the best I've seen and tried. They build them to hold up, last and even look cool but more importantly for bigger people, they don't cut off your circulation when sitting in them for long periods of time. We've had lots of gaming chairs through the years, and this one blows all others out of the water. Pure comfort, and exceptionally crafted. This seat is built to last! Ordered mine, and just put it together. Box was very heavy, but protected everything. I'm still going to give it 5 stars for overall quality, however I do have one issue with the top armrest pads, they wobble a little bit, and that just feels a little cheap. I wish there was a way to tighten them down. I'm also waiting for the magnetic table top, but customer support says they have no time frame on it (even though it says June, it is past that now. Now to look for a chair cover that I like to further customize it.

I went to a local store and tried a number of chairs/brands and couldn't find any that topped the Anda Seat Kaiser. I am 6'5" and weigh about 230, so this was by far the most comfortable for my height/weight. What I noticed about the Anda Seat vs rivals was the detail and the sturdiness. A lot of the competition had arm rests that were wobbly, while the Anda was solid. Assembly was OK, mountain the backrest to the seat was a bit fiddly, otherwise that was good. As a BMW owner, I did like the burgandy leather that looked familiar.

Everything about this chair screams quality. The hardware and upholstery is incredible and this is by far the most solid chair I have ever owned. Now that I am working and playing from home, I am spending upwards of 60+ hours a week in this chair and it shows no signs of wear over the first 2 months of ownership. My leg and back pan has all nut disappeared as well. Anda is going to have to start paying me a percentage as 2 members of my gaming group have ordered their own chairs from them after listening to me talk about it. Definitely would purchase this again. 5/5.

I'm a big, fat, old man and this chair fits me well. It was easy for me to assemble and I'm an idiot, so if I can do it, anyone older than 4 years who has working hands should have no trouble. I've only had the chair one day, but it feels sturdy. The arm rest adjustment is just what my aching, old shoulder needed. I'm now comfortable enough in my den that I can lock the door, ignore the family and pretend that I never got married, had kids and got old.

Great chair! I shopped around for way too long and just couldn't decide because of so many choices available on Amazon. I liked the look and features of this one and I gotta say I'm very impressed. When I received it I was expecting it to maybe have some little quirks here and there when assembling, but EVERYTHING fit together perfect. I took some pictures and looked things over and assembly took me probably 30 minutes, so if you were just putting it together probably even less time. Comfort: At first I thought it felt a little uncomfortable or "tight" and maybe it was too small for me - Give it a little time! After a few days it really has seemed to conform to me. I usually leave my backrest at maybe 75 backwards and not straight up like the have pictured. This way you can still sit up straight but then sit back a little to relax. Quality: Like I said earlier this thing is built very well. Usually those "unseen" spots on furniture are where you see all the shortcuts and staples - that isn't the case with this chair. Everything is well secured with quality assembly. In the pictures it looks like the bottom base that holds the wheels is plastic, but it is not, it's very sturdy metal. The wheels seem really durable and they roll super smooth.

Finally a chair for me! I'm 6' 260 lbs and I have always had difficulty finding a chair. It's either not wide enough or doesn't sit back far enough. This chair does both and is very comfortable. The seat is firm yet had a little give to it. Would definitely recommend it to my big guys/gals

I have has two office chair before this, and they did the job for many years. I was in the market for an upgrade and it was a toss up between this and another named brand chair. Decided to go with AndaSeat because it was a little cheaper (did get during the holiday sale) and specs showed it holds more weight than "the other guy". When i finally received my chair (a whole other story) i was glad i made the purchase. I can't speak for all "big guys" but it is definitely a chair to consider. My only honest issue i had with this was the waiting i had to go through for in too be shipped. The demand is high now that everyone is working from home. I recommend this chair, and there customer service isn't bad either.

First impression: It literally comes across as a high end seat from a car as described. It is sturdy and still super comfortable. I'm a big guy, only complaint is slight discomfort from the raised sides on the seat. I have literally napped in this chair. The customer service was excellent, I clicked an incorrect link and forgot to include the headphones they offered with the chair. It took a little bit, but they located some and shipped them internationally for me. Seriously some of the best customer service I have had in a while and a really great product.

I felt a bit sorry for the delivery guy who had to carry 33kg of chair up to my flat, but after a slightly extended period of assembly, I could tell why the chair was so heavy. Everything is so sturdy and the chair feels like it's built to take a lot of use. I own the burgandy Kaizer chair and is sooo ergonomically excellent, so smooth , so perfect anatomically for my lumbar too..after hours of work and also gaming feel like i ve just sit in the chair! Prefect job, please continue like that!!

It works pretty well as a chair. I have some minor complaints such as it having limited vertical adjustment options, a pointy piece of metal sometimes showing up in the bottom cushion, and the headrest being a little uncomfortable, but beyond that it functions pretty well as a comfortable chair.

Worth every penny. I could recognize the build quality in this chair the moment I opened the box. Putting the chair together was a breeze and only took about 20 minutes by myself. If you are a medium build person (I'm 5'9" and 195 lbs) this chair will support every bit of you. If I ever need to buy a chair again this is going to be it, but I feel its sturdy enough it's going to last for quite a long time.

TL/DR An excellent fabric gaming chair for average/shorter but heavier built persons that allows you to sit cross legged. I decided to treat myself to a better quality chair to use while gaming/working at my desk. I've gone through three chairs over the last 10 years and decided spending a bit more would hopefully mean I can use this chair long term. I have been using the chair for a few days and wanted to mention my initial thoughts as there are very few independent reviews for this chair online. I had three main conditions in choosing my next chair, each of which narrowed my options very quickly; First, was to go for a fabric chair due to my previous chairs all having the PU leather degrade and flake. I also perspire heavily and needed the breathability of fabric. Second was to go for an all metal frame at could handle weights of over 120kg as I am heavily built and also have my younger children climbing on me while I work/game. Third was to ensure that the seat was wide enough to allow me to sit crosslegged while at my desk. I came up with a (very) shortlist of; Secretlabs Titan £430 - first choice due to massively popular reviews but by far the most expensive Arozzi Vernazza £250 - cheapest option but some reviews say sitting crosslegged is difficult AKRacing Office Opal £300 - ticked all the boxes and has a 5yr warranty 10 yrs for the frame. Anda Seat Kaiser 3 £350 - ticked all the boxes and has a 2yr warranty and lifetime for the frame. The AKRacing office opal had the advantages of adjustable neck and lumbar cushions The Anda Seat T Pro had the advantages of 4D armrests and denser memory foam which hopefully would provide more support. I went for the slightly more expensive Anda Seat as the neck/lumbar cushions weren't as important to me and I have never used a chair which had them, and I liked the styling and colour scheme of the T-Pro as all of my previous chairs had been plain black. With the lockdown ongoing I had no opportunity to test any of these before purchase. After ordering, the chair was delivered quickly in a large box (a bit battered and with no handhold cutouts) and was heavy which was expected. Moving the box to the room where it was to be assembled was definitely the hardest part of the process. Building the chair is very straightforward, the tools needed were provided and instructions are very clear. Opening and unpacking the items in the box I saw that all parts were individually wrapped and in pristine condition. A second pair of hands would make assembling the chair effortless. Having built the chair myself, the only awkward part was aligning the back of the chair to the support on the seat base. After maybe 30 minutes the chair was assembled. The build quality is impressive. I can offer no criticism in this regard. No wooden seat bases here, full steel construction. The gas ram seems smaller than my previous chairs, as such the maximum seating height is lower than I am used to. I am average height (175cm) and with the chair at maximum height setting, my toes just touch the floor. Taller users or those with long legs may not find this chair's maximum height to be sufficient. The high density memory foam cushioning on the chair seat and back is firm but comfortable. Supportive would be the best word I would to describe it. The feel of the fabric is hard and durable. Not fabric sofa soft, but not office chair itchy. To bare skin the fabric feels unremarkable, which is a good thing, as you pay it no mind. The lumbar and neck cushion and sections of the seat and back is covered in a very soft black velour material. The cushions are filled with the same high density memory foam as the chair. The lumbar cushion is not attached to the chair at all, to stay in place it relies on the friction between the materials and your weight to hold it in place. The cushion is wide and tall and fits in the curve of the chair back very snugly but was too thick for me to use, I actually had some lower back pain using the lumbar cushion, this stopped when no longer using it. The neck cushion has an elastic strap which fits around the top of the chair. When upright I found it to be perfectly positioned for my neck but when reclining it could hardly be adjusted and was not as comfortable. In operation the chair is silent. There no creaks, squeaks or other noises when adjusting the chair or even changing my seating position. An interesting thing to note is that I have a tendency to slouch when watching videos or just relaxing at my desk. I cannot do this in my new chair, I can recline or tilt my chair back and find the sweet spot to relax and still be fully supported all along my back and across the shoulders and maintain a better seating position. I'm very happy with my purchase, so why four stars? I would give 4.5 if I could, but some minor areas for consideration would be; 1. When moving the box before assembly I was not able to find a decent handhold. A second pair of hands will definitely help. Having some hand cutouts on the box would also help. 2. The issue with the neck and lumbar cushions have made me reevaluate the importance of being able to adjust them if needed. I hope review helps this helps you.

l bought an existing Kaiser 2 and I'm currently using it.I was so satisfied with the existing product that I bought an additional one to put in the office. Overall think it's a good buy with confidence. As the price has risen, the quality of packaging materials and product finishes has also risen.In particular, Kaiser 2 is a bit heavy, so it was not easy to assemble, but l really think that Kaiser 3 was made with a lot of consideration for consumer convenience.(t is very easy to watch the assembly video.)l am 175 cm tall and weigh 76 kg, so l bought the L size,but it is a bit lose. The leather is very soft, like nappa leather.Also, like the previous products, the durability seems to be no longer to be said. I don't see any downsides. Overal, I am very satisfied and I think it is well worth the money. To tell you that it is a disadvantage, it does not apply to me, but if you are short it may be a little difficult to adjust the neck pillow position.So I'm really, really, very, very satisfied!

Chair looks nice Very easy to assemble, pretty comfortable Hopefully will leave long time without any bad surprises . But (unfortunately it is always but: it was delivered by FedEx and left unattended under very heavy rain. . We put huge sign that we are home and waiting for them, but who cares? Guy just throw two 70 lb each expensive chairs and run away.

Comparing it to the real old chair itself is embarrassingly good.lt's soft, so I dont think there will be any problem even if I sit for a long time, and the seat fixes my posture so I can stay in a more comfortable position.I'll get a good product! Anda Seat Kaiser Series Premium Gaming Chair

l bought an existing Kaiser 2 and I'm currently using it.I was so satisfied with the existing product that I bought an additional one to put in the office. Overall think it's a good buy with confidence. As the price has risen, the quality of packaging materials and product finishes has also risen.In particular, Kaiser 2 is a bit heavy, so it was not easy to assemble, but l really think that Kaiser 3 was made with a lot of consideration for consumer convenience.(t is very easy to watch the assembly video.)l am 175 cm tall and weigh 76 kg, so l bought the L size,but it is a bit lose. The leather is very soft, like nappa leather.Also, like the previous products, the durability seems to be no longer to be said. I don't see any downsides. Overal, I am very satisfied and I think it is well worth the money. To tell you that it is a disadvantage, it does not apply to me, but if you are short it may be a little difficult to adjust the neck pillow position.So I'm really, really, very, very satisfied!

Anda Seat Kaiser is an amazing chair for your office or home office setting. The large neck and lumber pillow really help and give a lot support while sitting in it. Extra large size is absolutely right for me.

Recently purchased Anda Seat Kaiser Gaming Chair for my son's 15 birthday. He is a tall kid at 5'11 and the size of this chair fits him perfectly. I really love it cuz it can adjust as he grows.

Great back support is the conclusion I got now. The large lumber pillow is the main reason we bought this model. A little bit pricy but I believe for this specific chair, I can use it for a long timer. Very well built with high qulity. My experience is so far so good.

I am loving my chair. The lumbar support, neck support, and all the ways to adjust the position of the chair make it one of the most comfortable office chairs I have ever sat in.

I bought this gaming chair based on several positive reviews and a generous discount. The chair is really is quite comfortable and it seems to be very well made. The manmade cushion "fabric" has a nice feel. The cushioning is firm. The arm rests are very firm. It is very adjustable. The casters are relatively large and they seem well designed.

Its size and specs definitely make it a big and tall gaming chair. The company recommends it for users between 5’10” and 6’10” and weighing less than 330 pounds, though it can support up to 441 pounds. The Fnatic Edition is nearly identical to AndaSeat’s Kaiser 2 chair, just with some different exterior materials. Curiously, AndaSeat recommends users be 5’6”-6’8” for the Kaiser 2. I’m 6’3” and about 230 pounds, and I feel as though I’m on the upper end of the chair’s comfort range. Fnatic Edition can be really comfortable!
