Great chair, love the neck and head cushion particularly, very comfortable work and gaming chair.

Caster arrived broken, support demanded a full warranty application before they would even talk to me about it. Purchased significantly better casters on bearings to replace. Seat is overall very comfy, lots of support; but I went with Andaseat because I heard they had great customer service, and so far my experience is anything but.

I've had this chair for 2 years and it's still going strong. I am 6', 230lbs, and very hard on everything. I sit in this chair for about 10 hours per day. The cushions are still soft, and everything is working just like when I got it. 1000% recommended.

Not even two years old and the seat starts to crack. Wont be buying from andaseat again unless guardsman (the crappy warranty I was sold), Visions (the place I bought it), Or AndaSeat.

Great chair! High quality materials. 4 stars (and not five) because of the overall height when seated is on the lower side. It would need a longer piston (1.5 to 2"). Also, the casters are made of hard PU which will not do good for hardwood floors. I will swap them out for some high quality Roller skate casters (which will also help on the height). Overall, i love the chair!

Did my homework looking for a premium office chair that would be stable, supportive and well built. I’m 6’2”” and 250 lbs. Very impressed, it’s extremely well built and provides outstanding comfort and is deep enough to support my legs properly. Materials are of high quality and was extremely pleased to find a chair that exceeded my expectations.

Nice quality built, beautiful material, but a few hickups. I am a 6' tall 300lbs person. I should fit right into the middle of the height/weight class for this chair, but I do not. I'm too tall: The piston needs to be replaced by one that is about an inch higher, and that's 'new', so I should aim for 2'' for when its seen some usage. My knees are compressed when sitting and at its highest form, I cannot reach a 90degree angle to my legs unless I recline the chair. The armrest are about half an inch too low to be comfortable at their highest position, I will need to buy cushions. The neck-rest in its position as per manual hurts my neck as its about 2"-3" too low. There is a fix to this however as you can unclip it and put it over the top of the chair instead, this won't work if you are 5'-11" though, you might be right at the wrong height for this chair. Same is true for anyone over 6'-2", you might have to do with finding your own head-rest. I'm perfect weight: The bucket is comfortable, solid enough but not mushy, just right for my weight. I'd love to have a better way to affect the reclining-tension, as getting off the chair and reaching under is a pain, but its fine if you are the only user of the chair, set it and forget-it. Very bad delivery, could be bad luck: I should also mention that the shipping sucked. It made me go through a useless app to track where the parcel was, but it did not track the parcel until the day of the delivery, and by then it was purolator leaving a note in front of my door to go to the next town over for manual pickup. Its quite heavy, I would have prefered they leave the chair below my two camera, if I did not have a large car, I would have had to refuse the receipt. Don't waste your extra dollars for the tracking option, it tracks NOTHING except your purchasing habbits. The box was partially ripped, but Purolator central office made me sign with the torn cardboard facing down. They may not have known, benefit of the doubt. The high quality fabrick seemed intact once open, I think everythign inside was fine.

All Features Unavailable Generally speaking the chair is everything you say it is. It is substantial and accommodates my 265 pounds satisfactorily. However there is a major fault in the design of accessories. I am 6' 0" tall and with the "Lumbar " support in the "Head Rest" is useless, However as an "Office" chair it is more than satisfactory. This is my first "gaming chair", so I wasn't sure what to expect other than the features advertised. Being that it was on sale at the time of purchase, I decided to get one that was a bit higher in quality. The kaiser II definitely looks like a chair that is loaded with features; it adjusts in numerous different ways, has removable head and lumbar pillows, is made with decent components and nice leather, etc. I also bought this chair considering it's meant for taller/bigger people in mind (I'm 6'3��, 250lbs) After using it for about a week, I definitely like this chair. It's important to note that these chairs definitely aren't soft and squishy like a lazyboy or executive office chairs, they're a lot firmer. With that in mind, it seems to give you the support you would need for gaming/completing tasks whilst sitting at a computer. Do you need to spend this much money for what is essentially a glorified office chair? No. Can you justify said purchase? Certainly.

For reference: I'm male, 6'3", 290 pounds (mostly fat, but I do have a wide shoulder frame). Had the chair for two months now, use for gaming. Overall, this is a great chair, I would have rated it 4.5 stars if that was an option. It feels really solid and balanced, even when reclining, and movement when tilting or rotating is smooth and effortless. Cushioning is quite firm, but I like that personally, but that's a matter of preference I suppose. It feels like sitting in a quality auto driver's seat (which makes sense, since that's Anda Seat's original product line), like in my Honda Ridgeline. It supports the back in a way that stays comfortable while making it almost impossible to accidentally slouch, and the detached lumbar cushion makes this far more precise than the run of the mill chairs. And the leather and plastic combination makes the chair easy to keep clean, and not stick to on gross hot sweaty days.

Great chair. Bolsters leave the chair to be desired I bought this chair as it was highly recommending from a lot of reviews. The chair quality is great. It is built like a tank. Very comfortable for the cushion. I wanted this chair to be a great chair, it has a major flaw. The major downfall of this chair is the metal bolsters. They say the sitting width is 22" which is a lie. The actual sitting area is about 18". When I was sitting in the chair my legs went numbs and bruised from the bolsters. I couldn't walk properly after a day of use. This chair is not meant for the heavy person even though it has the great weight limit. This chair is designed for the average person. I had to give it to a relative who could use it. I was devastated it wasn't going to be my chair for the long term.

Great computer chair very comfortable. We had a problem with the back seat zipper letting go. I contacted Anda seat and they sent me a video on how to fix the zipper issue which we tried to fix. But we were unable to resolve the zipper issues since there was too much pressure coming from the foam on the right side. I explain this to Anda seat and the week after we received a new back seat. Communication was great and fast. Great customer service I would recommend buying from them.

This chair was delivered at around the same time Gamers Nexus put out a video advising people not to buy Gaming Chair because they are all crap - and I did feel a bit of buyers remorse for a few days. However, having used it daily for a few weeks I must say that I do rather like it. It's on a different level compared to what I was previously using. Of course, it costs substantially more, so I would expect that to be the case. One massive difference is that is does not creak or squeak like my old chair. It's totally silent when and rocking and rolling. I like it a lot and feel it was a worthwhile purchase - BUT I was somewhat disappointed that it was not delivered with the pictured and specified accessories - hence my overall rating is lower than it otherwise would have been. According to the specifications and clearly shown in the images on the product listing it should have been shipped with XL Neck and Lumbar Support Cushions. Instead it arrived with a basic neck pillow and a small lumbar cushion which is quite useless. I have had to source a lumbar cushion myself.

Great chair for the money (I got it on sale) the firm cushions don't turn to mush after sitting in then for a while too, I'm 6ft2 and weigh about 90kg and not a single creak. The cushions I got are different to those shown in the picture but I actually prefer these. No real drawbacks I can think of, I sit in it all day for work and it's a game changer, the only improvement I can think of is having the lower lumbar pillow on straps as you'll tend to keep it higher if your tall like myself although once your in position it doesn't really matter. I bought a footrest along with this and they really compliment each other. The chair also tilts back to near enough horizontal but I never really use it.

Worth every penny! I never write these things, but I can't say enough good things about my Anda Seat. I am fairly tall, with very long legs and that usually means that I have trouble finding a good seat to fit my lanky form. That being said, the adjustable lumbar support and arm rests on the Anda Seata, along with the ability to recline quite easily, means that I can always find a comfortable position. I can spend hours at the keyboard without any problems. The only real change I make to the chair is to turn the headrest upside-down sometimes so that it keeps my head in a different position when I am leaning back at the keyboard. Great product. Super happy I bought one. It is also built to last, so I don't expect to buy another one for some time, but if I need to replace my old chair at the office I will definitely buy an Anda Seat.

Excellent and very comfortable Great chair. When in locked position however, the chair does rock slightly which Im not sure it's supposed to do. As well, the material isn't very breathable (which makes sense) so if you are overweight like me, the summer months will lead to moisture buildup on the chair.

Anda Seat Kaiser Series Premium Gaming Chair

Decent chair It's nice.. I weight 360b lbs and am 6'9. The side flaps on the seat were annoying at first but I dont notice them as much now.. my main issue is the chair doesn't fully lock in position it slightly shifts around while locked, which to me is very bothersome, if you shift your weight forward or backward it will shift the chair 3 inches or so in that direction . Also there is a slight dip to the right when the chair leans back which is something you wouldn't expect to encounter buying a chair at this price.

Amazing Chair. Mediocre Service Shipping was fast, assembly instructions were simple. Seat and adjustability is top-notch. It's been about a month with this chair working everyday from home and it still looks and feels great. The seat is firm for the first few days but really moulds to your butt after and is insanely comfortable. I'm only 155 lbs and 5'8" but I enjoy the extra room in the seat. I do wish you could adjust the width of the armrests more because at my size, they are a little wide. I recommend buying a leather cleaner and conditioner to keep the vinyl soft and supple. The colour is beautiful, the wine red is professional yet personalized. This chair will be good for years to come. The service I have received from Anda Seat prior to purchase was good but I sent a few emails that went unanswered after purchasing. I do hope they start taking customer service more seriously as there is a lot of other high end gaming chair brands ready to take sales from them.

Great chair I have had the chair for about 6 months now. I absolutely love it! stiff at first but it works itself in really well. I can spend hours in the chair while gaming,working or even just observing content with and pain. the larger pillows/lumbar support are great and hold up really well. The leather is a really nice quality and feels nice. I have no complaints of this chair.

Not a bad chair Chair is good quality. It’s a bit of a PITA to put together as the written instructions are not clear and the YouTube assembly video is only slightly better. Chair is stiff at first but gets better a week or so in. Recommended if the chair is on sale. It’s certainly better than what you’ll find at Staples.

Chair is great The chair is fantastic, and very comfortable. I am a big man, 300+ lbs. the chair take a bit of getting accustomed to until it works itself in. It should be noted this is a tall chair. Tr seating surface doesnt go very low, and therefor if you desk has a shorter top height your thies will hit the bottom of the table. I didn’t give 5 stars because shipping was an issue. It should have arrived in 3 days maximum at my location. No chair after 8 days and no indication of shipping activity. I contacted customer service, and it was resent and I got it 2 days later. So that was good.

I love the Kaiser This is an extremely well made chair that offers excellent comfort. Seat height is a bit higher than I would like (about 1.5-2" higher than a standard executive chair) but it is very comfortable. Excellent lumbar support and a big cushy headrest. Very usable tilt and recline features and the seat (while firm) is comfortable for a full days' work.
